Civil electronics

The production of injection moulds for civil electronics is one of Tecnostampi’s specializations which has developed a lot in recent years. The injection moulds for this sector are designed for extremely precise items, where tolerances are very tight and the plastic walls are very thin, such as connectors for civil electronics, with or without metal inserts, and those for telephony.

The plastic materials used are for example STANYL and LCP.

Tecnostampi carries out the first mould samples internally in order to help the customer identify the right production process.

In the production of more complex moulds for electronics the process is optimized by carrying out pre-series to highlight the potential problems caused by cold joint lines. In addition, mould optimizations are also made by adding the needed air ventings.
